Upon receipt of your order or when you contact us for info, we will provide you with an
expected ship date. We attempt to get your product shipped as quickly as possible but
can't account for situations out of our control, such as powder coating. As stated, we do
not mass produce or keep large inventories but will be upfront, with no surprises, on
timetable of deliver and all costs involved.
We will normally ship via UPS ground, but if you need your order sooner we will be glad to
accommodate.
Local residents can arrange to pick up items and avoid shipping costs.

NOTE: Custom pieces that are personalized and therefore can not be resold to general
public can not be returned unless the product was damaged upon arrival. We will provide
you with detailed outline of your item before it is cut for your approval.
